These terms govern the subscription to NOGO GAMES, available at nogo-games.com. Subscribing implies full acceptance of them.
NOGO GAMES offers mini-games playable directly in the browser, with no installation.
The catalogue changes over time. Games may be added or removed without this constituting a substantial change to the service.
The subscription costs €2.99 per month, taxes included. Payment is made by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our provider Stripe. No card details are ever collected or stored by NOGO GAMES.
The subscription runs for one month and renews automatically each month until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time, in one click, from the "Manage subscription" area of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: access remains open until that date, and no further payment is taken. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded pro rata.
The subscription provides digital content supplied immediately, as soon as payment is confirmed.
Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, at the moment of payment the subscriber ticks a box by which they expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge losing their 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as access to the catalogue is opened.
Without ticking that box, payment cannot be completed and the 14-day right of withdrawal applies under articles L221-18 and following.
This waiver does not prevent a goodwill gesture: if you are unhappy, write to hugo@nogo-games.com and we will look at every refund request in good faith.
We take reasonable steps to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or because of a third-party provider failure.
Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your account.
We may suspend or delete an account in case of an offensive username, attempts to manipulate scores and rankings, or circumvention of the restrictions protecting member-only games.
The service is intended for people aged 15 or over. Below that age, signing up requires the authorisation of a parent or legal guardian.
Any complaint can be sent to hugo@nogo-games.com. Failing an amicable solution, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We never collect or store any card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, acting as a separate data controller.
This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party social widgets.
Only your username, score, streak, points and dino are visible to other players, in the rankings and on your player card. Your email, first name and last name are never shown.
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you delete it, the data is erased within thirty days, except billing records, which are kept for ten years to meet accounting obligations.
You have the right to access, correct, erase, port, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to hugo@nogo-games.com; we answer within one month.
